Acceptance and scope
By using this website or an authorized Beacon Dynamics service, you agree to these terms. If a separate written agreement applies to a service, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Authorized use
The public website is provided for informational and contact purposes. Brenda Executive Office and other non-public systems are limited to people expressly authorized by Beacon Dynamics.
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s account or data, or use a service unlawfully.
Human authority and system outputs
Beacon Dynamics designs AI-assisted systems to support—not replace—accountable human judgment. AI-generated summaries, drafts, and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before decisions or external actions are taken.
Access to a feature does not grant authority to make commitments, disclose protected information, or act on behalf of Beacon Dynamics beyond the user’s documented role.
Google Calendar integration
Brenda may provide read-only agenda context from a Google Calendar connected by an authorized user. The user is responsible for connecting an account they are permitted to use and for maintaining appropriate calendar sharing and confidentiality settings.
Google services are governed by Google’s own terms and policies. Beacon Dynamics is not responsible for the availability or operation of a third-party service.
Content and intellectual property
Beacon Dynamics retains its rights in its website, branding, software, research, and original materials. You retain rights in content you are authorized to provide, while granting Beacon Dynamics the limited permission needed to process it for the requested service.
Availability and disclaimers
Services may change, pause, or be withdrawn for maintenance, security, governance, or operational reasons. They are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, medical, or financial advice.
Suspension and termination
Beacon Dynamics may restrict or end access when necessary to protect people, information, infrastructure, or legal obligations. Users may stop using a service and revoke connected-account access at any time.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as services evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
